Your first visit

Three steps, one hour

  1. 1A physiotherapist examining a patient's knee on a treatment table

    We listen and test

What hurts, when it started and how you move today.

  2. 2A patient stretching an exercise band with a physiotherapist guiding the movement

    A plan in plain words

What is going on, what helps, and how long it usually takes.

  3. 3A woman doing a stretch on a mat in her living room

    Exercises that fit your day

A few moves you can do at home, and a time to check in.

Most aches get better with the right movement. We help you find it.
