Ember and Oak started in 2019 with a simple belief: the best food comes from the simplest methods. Our custom-built hearth is the soul of the kitchen - every dish passes through flame, smoke, or ember.
Chef Maya Torres trained in the kitchens of San Sebastian and Buenos Aires before bringing her fire-cooking philosophy to Portland. Every plate reflects her commitment to letting ingredients speak for themselves.
